About the play
«Mikhail's passion» is a drama, a loose fantasy that incorporates dialogues from Bulgakov's «Master and Margarita» and «Notes of a Dead man» as well as some pieces on literary work of Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov.
Focus of the play is theatre's sarcastic perspective on some of the issues of writer's era. Mistyfying classic works and their issues and ironizing them we try come close to «Bulgakov's sarcasm», we try to look into social connections between author and his characters, see the irony in uneasy relationship between artist and his reality...
